Your Task

1. Recall the 7-steps for visual network planning.

2. Choose a Goal you want to achieve and apply this steps- step-by-step- to achieve your goal.

Ex: you want to lose weight

First Step: I want to lose 20 kg (write the objectives)

Second Step: To lose weight, i have to eat healthy food and cut out the soda and sugar and workout (Break it down to major steps, we call it activities)

Third Step: I will workout for 45 min. in the morning and then eat my breakfast at 8 a.m then i will have my lunch at 2 pm and my dinner at 7 pm (Organize the activities in a logical order)

Fourth Step: draw these steps in blocks, arrange the steps in logical order (Design a visual network)

Fifth Step: I am going to do this steps for 3 months (Estimate how long each activity will take to complete)

Sixth Step: I will do each step everyday, so there is no float steps, all the steps are critical because i can't delayed neither eating healthy nor working-out (Determine critical path and float)

Seventh Step: I will do all these steps till the next three month ,lets say 12/1/2017 (Assign actual calendar date to each activity)
