4. GARV (Grameen Vidyutikaran) App: To monitor transparency in implementation of the electrification schemes, Grameen Vidyut Abhiyantas (GVAs) have been appointed by the government to report progress through GARV app
‘4 Es’ in the revised Tariff Policy: The 4Es include Electricity for all, Efficiency to ensure affordable tariffs, Environment for a sustainable future, Ease of doing business to attract investments and ensure financial viability.

* One Nation, One Grid" - in budget 2019-20 = to provide electricity to all household in affordable rate.
* PM ujjwala yojna -

Around 10.27 propects have filled KYC n 7.30 crore have beniffiltted as of 1.7.2019. More than a crore have gave up the subsidy under 'give it up' campaign.

* swadhar Greh scheme - for women who are deserted from their home due to domestic violence or natural disasters.

* PM Research fellow scheme - for meritorious student to get admission for PhD program in iisc,Iiser n Iits.

Student will get monthly payment n yearly 2 lac a year for 5 year, research grant to carry out research in cutting edge science n technology domain with focus in national interest.
