PROCESS OF PRODUCTIVE
PROCESS
- FORMING PROCESS
- Forming is a mechanical process used in manufacturing industries wherein materials (mostly metals)
undergo plastic deformations and acquire required shapes and sizes by application of suitable
stresses such as compression, shear and tension.
- Material romoval process
- Material Removal Processes A family of shaping operations through which undesired excess material
is removed from a starting workpart so the remaining part become closer to the desired shape
- Deformation process
- Deformation is a thermodynamic process in which the body's internal energy accumulates elastic
potential energy.
- Material bonding process
- It is a type of welding that can be made with filler material, of the same nature as the base material
(homogeneous welding), different (heterogeneous welding) or without filler material (autogenous
welding).
- Material removal process
- Material removal (machining) processes These processes are used to form parts of materials such as
metals, plastics, ceramics and wood. Machining is a time-consuming process that wastes material.
However, it is very precise and can produce a surface smoothness difficult to achieve with other
formation processes.
- Finishing process
- Finishing is a manufacturing process used in manufacturing whose purpose is to obtain a surface with
characteristics suitable for the particular application of the product being manufactured; It is not
limited to the aesthetics of the product.
- Synchronization process
- Process synchronization refers to the idea that several processes come together or shake hands at a
certain point to reach agreement or commit to a certain sequence of action.
- Thermal treatment process
- Heat treatment involves several heating and cooling processes to effect structural changes in a
material, which modify its mechanical properties. The objective of heat treatments is to provide
materials with specific properties suitable for their conformation or final use.
- Solidification process
- Solidification is a physical process that leads matter from a liquid state to a solid state, by altering its
temperature (freezing) or pressure conditions. For example: candle making, gelatin preparation,
mercury freezing. It is the reverse process of fusion.
- Coating process
- Coating is a finishing process that deposits metal on a conductive surface to achieve decorative
properties, strengthening, weldability, wear resistance, strengthening, friction reduction, adhesion and
other diverse properties.
