3. Organize the activities in logical order
4. Design a visual network
5. Estimate how long each activity will take to complete.
6. Determine critical path and float
Anmerkungen:
- Critical Path is the longest road to your goal where their are some tasks take long time and without them the project can't be completed. Float is the tasks that can be delayed without affecting the completion of the project.
7. Assign actual calendar date to each activity
