I find that sometimes when I start a bar of chocolate or something sweet, it feels almost impossible to stop. I feel compulsed to eat the whole bar.

Do you ever change your plans because you feel out of control around food? This might be saying no to going to a party or event because you fear you will overeat. This could be wishing to stay home and overeat rather than go to an event or meeting you are not looking forward to.
