Who owns the copyright for the content I create?

Except for Content uploaded or posted by Members, all other aspects of the Site and the Apps you find on our Services is owned or controlled by us. GoConqr are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Service, and in the GoConqr material published on it.

Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

We do not however own the content of any account, the account of any other user or the content of any material featuring in an interactive service such as a chat room or bulletin board (the “User Generated Content”). Users have intellectual property rights to the content they create, as long as this does not infringe another persons right. You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in that Content. GoConqr does not take or claim any ownership (copyright, trademark, or otherwise) over your Content.

When you post or upload Content to our Services, you grant to us limited rights to store, use, and display, and provide access to the Content you post as necessary to provide our Services, such as to display your Resource in search results, in a library or in the Marketplace where relevant, and to display and promote your Resources on GoConqr, through email, and ads on other sites or search engines, and through other marketing campaigns. For these purposes, you grant to us a nonexclusive, irrevocable, perpetual (except as otherwise provided herein), worldwide, sublicensable license to exercise any copyright, trademark rights, or other rights in and to your Content necessary to provide our Services to you and our other Users.

These rights are waived when you expressly make a resource private.
