Water potential of an animal cell in pure water/dilute solution (( hypotonic, hypertonic, isotonic ) to the cell) causes ( haemolysis, no change, crenation ). Water potential of an animal cell in a concentrated solution (( hypertonic, hypotonic, isotonic ) to the cell) causes ( crenation, haemolysis, no change ). Water potential of an animal cell in a solution with the same concentration (( isotonic, hypotonic, hypertonic ) to the cell) causes ( no change, crenation, haemolysis ).
