I choose the first idea

1: To make real this idea is VERY DIFFICULT because i need to have the acceptance of the government and public figures, but all these people are included in the corruption, so they will not accept this implementation.

2: Obiously i will take the 40% or less because my partner is the creator o the system

3: Release a clause that if a politician is discovered on corruption issues, he must not press charges against us.

4: Reject bribes from politicians to camouflage acts of corruption.

5: Implement this system in all the banks o the country.
