Sam is in her 40s, married with 2 children and works in a role that involves a high use of technology.

She has been listening to Punjabi music from a young age. There is something about it that really makes her want to move.

She listens regularly to the radio, and watches some Punjabi television shows - each time she hears new Punjabi music, it makes her fidgety.

Sam is related to many people who are overweight, or have heart disease or type 2 diabetes. She knows that this is prevalant in the South Asian community and doesn't want to be on the negative side of the statistics.

If only she could turn that enthusiasm into a mindful activity that will keep her healthy.
