Cell Organelle- A smaller structure inside cells EG. mitochondria, nucleus

Cell- The building blocks of multicellular organisms. There are many types of cells and they are grouped according to their function EG. sperm, nerve cells

Tissue- Cells arranged in groups according to their functions EG. muscle

Organ- A part of the organsim made of different tissues which carries out a particular job EG. stomach, heart, brain

Organ System- Organs that work togetther to carry out a role in the organism. They work together to keep it alive EG. digestive system, reproductive system

Organism- Living things, if they are multicellular. They are made up of millions of cells EG. humans, dogs, bacteria
