punto de equilibrio económico:
el punto de equilibrio económico difiere del financiero en que incorpora el costo de capital total de la empresa, no solo el correspondiente a los prestamos contratados:
formula: (costos fijos+cargo por costo de capital x ( 1- tasa fiscal aplicable)) / (precio de venta - costo variable unitario)
punto de equilibrio general: es una herramienta que permite visualizar el mínimo de ventas que la empresa requiere para cubrir sus costos totales, el análisis nos permite proyectar las utilidades ante cambios en el precio de venta, nivel, y estructuras de venta.
formula: (costos fijos) / ( precio de venta-costo total variable unitario).
