- 6 people in a group, divided into 10 groups?
- Then how many helper per group is needed? Also, only Moses as instructor is ok?
Arrangement: Time total 3 hours
- Welcome: 15 min
- Gospel message: 30 min
- Singing: 15 min
- Balloon twisting: 1:30 hours
- Gospel tea time: 30 min
- Need to talk with Moses if he has any good gospel routine to share
- Also Moses if 1:30 hours could teach 2-3 balloon twist, especially to may be 60 people
- Also if he suggest to teach which characters is easier or more interesting
Cost
- Need to estimate the number of participants & estimate what is the costs
- Then we could calculate the breakeven point
