Dislocation of distal phalanx

There is a dislocation of the 3rd proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint.

There is a dislocation of the 4th proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint.

There is a dislocation of the 3rd metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint.

A comminuted fracture of the base of the metacarpal of the thumb.

A transverse fracture of the base of the metacarpal of the thumb.

There is a fracture to the neck of the 5th metacarpal.

There is a fracture to the base of the 5th metacarpal with anterior dislocation.

There is a comminuted fracture to the neck of the 5th metacarpel with slight anterior dislocation of the phalanges.
