What's the chain of command	The way of a business to organize its management hierarchy: Normally there is a top, middle, and supervisory management
What's the top mgmt?	senior managers like CEO, COO, etc; set the direction for the organization and aim to inspire employees.
What's the middle mgmt?	Managers who are in charge of a department, division, for example. Develop detailed plans and procedures
Whats the supervisory mgmt?	People like Team Leader, Section Chief, for example. Are responsible for assigning non-managerial employees to specific jobs. They implement the plans.
What's the Board?	They are responsible for the strategic planning. Are not involved in running the company. Main interest = shareholder value.
