Laboratory Coat	To protect clothing, scrubs, & skin during patient care and sterilization
Protective Mask	To protect against chemicals, airborne pathogens, bacteria, & viruses during instrument sterilization & patient care. Must cover the nose and mouth.
Exam Gloves	To wear during patient care as a protective barrier for the dental professional. They can be latex, nitrile, or vinyl.
Utility Gloves	To protect hands from chemicals & instrument punctures. These are worn during disinfection with chemicals and instrument processing.
Cassette	Used to hold instruments in a tray setup. This will be pre-cleaned, wrapped, and then sterilized.
Color Coding System	Used to color-code instruments for organization and identification.
Protective Eyewear/Goggles	To protect against chemicals, airborne pathogens, bacteria, & viruses during instrument sterilization & patient care. Needs to extend to sides.
