Resumen del Recurso

Training Method
  1. 1.Resistance
    1. Ability or our body to withstand continuous effortsor long efforts
      1. Some types:
        1. Aerobic resistance
          1. Ability of the organism to maintain a sustained effort by obtaining energy with the presence of oxygen
            1. 2 conditions
              1. Excersise in low activity
                1. Activity medium or long duration
            2. Anaerobic resistance
              1. Ability of the organism to maintain an effort to obtain energy without oxygen
                1. 2 conditions
                  1. Excersise of high intensity
                    1. Activity is short duration
              2. Some types of training
                1. Continuous method

                  Nota:

                  • Without pauses High Volume Low intensity
                  1. Fractioned method

                    Nota:

                    • With pauses Low volume High intensity
                2. 2. Force
                  1. Capacity that our organism has to over come or counteract a certain resistance.
                    1. 5 types of muscle contractios
                      1. Isometric or static

                        Nota:

                        • It performs muscular tension but not joint movement.
                        1. Isotonic or Anisometric

                          Nota:

                          • In this one, the muscular fibers, in addition to contracted, they change their lenght
                          1. Auxotonic

                            Nota:

                            • Results from the combination of a concentric and another eccentric contraction. Is the most common and normal.
                            1. Isokinetic

                              Nota:

                              • Concentically eccentric and concentric contract with minimum  time possible between the two
                              1. Pilometric

                                Nota:

                                • Contraction tomaximum at constantspeed in any range of movements.
                            2. Types of force
                              1. Maximum Force

                                Nota:

                                • The greatest force that can be exercise.
                                1. Speed or Power Force

                                  Nota:

                                  • Ability to do a force exercise taht at the same time required high speeed.
                                  1. Exercises
                                  2. Resistance Force

                                    Nota:

                                    • Ability to move light loads for a long time.
                                2. 3.Flexibility
                                  1. It constitutes the capacity that allows us to achieve the greatest articulation amplitude, easily and fluently
                                    1. Excercises
                                  2. 4.Speed
                                    1. Ability to make one or more movements in the minor time as possible

                                      Nota:

                                      • Two components; -Amplitude  - Frequency
                                      1. Types
                                        1. Reaction Speed
                                          1. Cyclic or translational speed

                                            Nota:

                                            • Divided into : - Acceleration Speed - Maximum Speed - Resistance Speed
