                                                                    2. Size/No. / site of lymphnodes
                                                                      1. Supraclavicular nodes = malignancy
                                                                        1. Erythema, warmth, fluctuance = lympadenitis
                                                                          1. Firm, non tender, matted together = malignancy
                                                                        3. Investigations
                                                                          1. FBC (incl. blood film, and ESR, plasma viscosity, CRP)
                                                                            1. LFT's
                                                                              1. Swabs
                                                                                1. Depending on Hx
                                                                                  1. Viral titre
                                                                                    1. Epstein-Barr virus
                                                                                      1. HIV
                                                                                        1. Hepatitis
                                                                                        2. Blood cultures
                                                                                          1. Antibodies screen (SLE ant-DSdna ANA, RA ACCP)
                                                                                            1. CXR (sarcoidosis, TB, Malignancy)
                                                                                              1. CT, MRI
                                                                                                1. Fine needle Aspiration
                                                                                              2. Differential Diagnosis
                                                                                                1. Subcutaneous lesion (Lipoma, Abscess)
