  1. Networking with one new industry a week
    1. utilizing Social media

      Nota:

      • Creating a FB or Instagram page promoting our agency will give an agent the exposure to get noticed by those in different organizations in the area. Utilize the hashtags!
      1. meet a realtor from a different agency

        Nota:

        • Reach out to realtors from different areas of Houston. This will expand your network.
        1. Promoting

          Nota:

          • Agents will find creative ways to promote themselves in order to network with those who will be beneficial, like someone in marketing or advertisement. 
        2. meet 4-5 potential clients per week

          Nota:

          • Think of a place or space to hold a mixer. Research different restaurants and bars to set reservations for a space to see what will accomodate the clients. How many clients do you expect? Creating a FB invite is a great way to organize this. 
          1. Open house

            Nota:

            • Make sure the model home is presentable. This is the first impression for representing our model homes at Urban Living. The agent is expected to arrive early to make sure everything is tidy before the open house
            1. Mixer

              Nota:

              • Holding a mixer is a great way for the agent to introduce themselves to potential clients. Here is when the agent will further promote themself through mixers and scheduling one on one appointments 
              1. Making time for clients

                Nota:

                • at this stage, clients are checking out the agent, and they may not be sold yet; Agent will continue to promote themselves by suggesting ways to meet with them once more (outside of the home environment; maybe lunch) by making time for their clients, and prioritizing. 
              2. a high post showing customer satisfaction

                Nota:

                • Being confident. enthusiastic, and positive will give clients hope, even if they aren't interested in a home. Ensuring high client satisfaction is priority
                1. provide horderves at open house & mixer

                  Nota:

                  • Provide snacks and drinks at open house; only packaged foods and water bottles. 
                  1. survey to measure customer satisfaction
                    1. open-house is kept clean & presentable

                      Nota:

                      • Make sure there are enough of bins that are visible for clients to throw their trash in
                      1. Don't suffocate the client!

                        Nota:

                        • Agents will give client a tour, then encourage them to explore the property. Give options, but don't be aggressive.
