Lead Practicalities
1. No Spec then engagement is really difficult, who do we engage with?
2. Commissioners need to be responsive
3. More people complex more timely
4. Timescales - tight for a true collaborative bid

6. Commissioners need to clarify their input to mobilisation - including risk, levels of assurance managing interdependenice other programmes
7. Contract needs to be long enough to show success
8. how do we tell service users of changes - shared comms strategy??
9. Commissioners - Give us a basis model ie lots or not ?
Positives
1. Do already collaborate, good partnerships working
2. Passionate about whole system
3. Capacity building opportunity
4. There is a lead time built in
5. Keeping creativity (ned for clarity)
6. Opportunity for young people to have views heard early in process
7. Co-production throughout
8. Developing more enhance sinle point of access
9. Opportunity for developing workforce
10. Stability to be able to train/develop more volunteers
Practicalities
1. Huge variety of skills & experience available
2. Good data would be available, shared with everyone
3. How we look at transitioning
4. Big Change - need university/research involvment to measure overall success
5. Investment in long term
6. Networking, understanding other services better
7. Cohesive approach
