      1. Use topic conversation cards cut up to revise and warm up activity - students must try and practice using the new words from the word web
         1. Invite two students to carry out a science investigation in front of the class - place a cut white rose stem into a pot of coloured food dye
            1. All students write a plausible prediction, ask questions and record results on a graphic organiser
               1. Reflect as a group on the science investigation, was it a fair test?
