Which of the below statements best describe what is de-sensing and how would one confirm the presence of it?

Selecciona una de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

De-sensing occurs when a high level RF signal interferes with a receiver's ability to receive a weaker signal. We can check this by turning off the offending repeaters one by one to see which one is causing it.
De-sensing occurs when a high level RF signal is present on the receiving radio's antenna and causes the receiver's RF amplifier to be overloaded resulting in the reduction of measured sensitivity.
De-sensing occurs when a high level RF signal is present on the receiving radio's antenna and causes the receiver's RF amplifier to be overloaded resulting in the reduction of measured sensitivity. The presence can be confirmed by testing the sensitivity via an isolated-tee bridge.

Which one of the below statements best describe how Manual Site Roam works, in IP Site Connect?

Selecciona una de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

A button, called Manual Site Roam, can be programmed on the radio. When the user presses this button, the radio will send a wake-up message on all the channels in the roam list. If a repeater is present on that channel, it will respond with a beacon which allows the radio to measure the signal strength. The radio then forms a list of roamed channels and roams to the next available channel.
The radio will use Manual Site Roam when no signal is received while the radio is in a passive roam state. Here the radio will go through all the channels and send a wake -up message. If a repeater is present on that channel, it will respond with a beacon which allows the radio to measure the signal strength. The radio then forms a list of roamed channels and roams to the strongest signal.
None of these describe manual site roaming.
A button, called Manual Site Roam, can be programmed on the radio. When the user presses this button, the radio will send a wake-up message on all the channels in the roam list. If a repeater is within RF range on that channel, it will respond with a beacon which allows the radio to measure the signal strength. Selecciona una de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

The radio will open it's squelch much sooner.
The radio will be more sensitive.
The radio will be blocked more often due to noise.
Under noisy conditions, the radio may mistake noise as a valid signal and will thus regard the channel as busy.

You have set up a system so that the repeaters can be programmed remotely. However when you connect to the Master using the CPS, you are unable to read any of the repeaters. The system works perfectly and port forwarding is set up correctly. You are able to ping all the Routers. You are able to connect to the Master and can get the list of peers and their respective IP addresses using RDAC. You have confirmed that all UDP ports are being forwarded.

Selecciona una de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

TCP Port 50100 is not being forwarded in the Router.
UDP Port 50000 is not being forwarded in the Router.
The problem is definitely not in the Router setup.
The CPS ID is wrong.

There is an IP address conflict between the radio and Wireless LAN and/or (Wired) LAN. Unplug the LAN cable, disable the WiFi card in your PC and try again?

Selecciona una de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

The driver is lying!
The map data is faulty. The customers understanding of GPS orginiates from car navigation systems and expects the tracking application to automatically snap the vehicles position to the nearest road (just like it does in their car navigation system).
The GPS receiver in the radio is not getting signal from many satellites and hence the GDOP is poor.

A customer wants to implement MOTOTRBO but they also want to use their analogue two-way radios until they have budget to replace these. They have purchased a repeater and some MOTOTRBO radios.
What can be done in the repeater and radios to support MOTOTRBO and analogue users?
What do we need to be careful about when it comes to the configuration?

Selecciona una o más de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

Use Dynamic Mixed Mode
Ensure that the analogue radios use PL
Ensure that in analogue mode, all radios use PL.
Ensure that in analogue mode, the repeater and all radios use PL.
Use PL, but avoid 67,0 and 103,5Hz as these sometimes cause older analogue radios to un-mute to DMR signals.
Use PL (and avoid 67,0 and 103,5Hz) or DPL as provisioning the repeater with CSQ mode may result in it getting stuck in analogue repeat mode during times of interference.

You are about to design a new Linked Capacity Plus system, tick all the tings you need to be mindful of when it comes to the configuration?

Selecciona una o más de las siguientes respuestas posibles:

A Router which supports NAT loopback is required.
One Router is required on each site.
The requirement for a static, public IP address can be avoided by means of VLANs and VPN.
The number of repeaters on each site does not need to be the same.
If the site, with the smallest number of channels, is completely busied, no other calls can be placed, other than emergency or a call which is set up via transmit interrupt.
Sufficient bandwidth and low latency is important.
