Write a detailed description of the positive sensory impressions you will experience when your goal is achieved.

Imagine you have just achieved your goal, what is your imagination for each of the following:

Sight: what is your vision for yourself after the achievement, how people will see you ?

Sound: what sound you hear after you have achieved your goal ?

Feel: how do you feel after finishing your goal ?

Taste: what is the taste of success ?

Smell: what odor do you smell after reaching your goal ?

Emotion: what is your emotion after success ? do you become more confident ?

By these steps you are preparing your brain and heart for moving toward your goal and focus on achieving your goal rather than anything else.
