Where can students study abroad? It depends on the financial support available to a student. There are many countries with good education system where a student can choose to study abroad; it also depends on the specific subject which a student wants to study.
When can students study abroad? Do students have to study abroad for a whole semester? I think students can study abroad when they have graduated high school, when they are mature enough to live independently.
Do students need to have a certain grade point average to study abroad? Yes, students do need to attain certain grade point average to study abroad at the University entry level, but there are many secondary schools overseas which accept students regardless of their GPA.
Should students travel before, after or during the program at an overseas education institution? Students should be well prepared, so they should travel before the program commences, and after they graduate, if they cannot work abroad, they will have to travel back to their own country.
Do you think one needs to evaluate education abroad as an investment?  Yes, I think it is necessary, particularly for students who need to rely on borrowing a loan or support from families which do not have much savings.
