| President Paul Von Hindenburg | A field Marshall in WW1. He was President from 1925 until 1934. It was his job to appoint Chancellors. He chose Bruning, Von Papen and Von Svhleicher between 1930 and 1932. He disliked Hitler and didnt trust him. Hindenburg did not want many Nazis appointed to the government and Von Papen convinced him that they could control Hitler better if they could control Hitler better if he was Chancellor. |
