State one benefit of using Spreadsheets -Spreadsheet can automatically recalculate sums if one cell has changed in value
What is the difference between data and information? -Data- meaningless information e.g. 50 -Information- meaningful e.g. £50
Do spreadsheets store data or information? -Spreadsheets store the data before it is processed but once it is formatted it turns into information.
What is a function? -A specialised calculation.

What are labels? -Titles and Headings
=MAX(A4:H4) What does this formula calculate -Its calculates the highest (maximum) number within the given cells.
Give another advantage of using Spreadsheets -Easy to produce graphs and charts after all the data has been inputted.
What are the 3 functions in a Spreadsheet? 1) Labels- titles 2) Data- the values 3) Formulas
What are formulas used for in a Spreadsheet? -Formulas are used to perform calculations, used as an easier way of working out answers.
