Demostrar habilidades, creatividad y seguridad en la preparación de sus propias recetas y menús
Garantizar el almacenamiento de las la materia prima de acuerdo a las normas establecidas.
Tener en cuenta los estandares indicadios para la realizacion de dicho plato
