1. Operations Research and Linear Programming

   • Optimize

2. Types of models

   • Deterministic Modeling
     • It is based on assumptions and accurate data
   • Linear Programming Modeling
     • Optimize the assignment resources for maximize or minimize a lineal funtion.
   • Network Modeling
     • It focuses on the representation and optimization relationships and flows in network systems.
   • Integer Programming Modeling
     • Include integer variables in the model to make clear decisions.

3. Steps for construction and data collection

   • The first thing to do is the study of the relevant system and a summary of the problem
