    • Las herramientas nos sirven CONTROLAR y ASEGURAR la Calidad , EXAMEN diagrama de flujo de proceso sirve para identificar variaciones en el proyecto a traves de un diagrama de concepto (esquematiza step by step ) , check list (menu de opciones que encontre de un proceso espeficifo en el proyecto) , histograma (relacion entre variables para relacionar 2 variables) para ver su comportamiento , Pareto ( es la regla del 80 (problemas) y 20(variaciones) para encontrardefectos o desviaciones de una muestra , causa o efecto (encontrar la causa raiz de un problema verificando o analizando las raices que lo provocan) , diagrama de dispersion (es el punto comun entre dos variables ) ,control (definir desviaciones es base a los limites permitidos)
