Physical Fitness
  1. Cardiorespiratory System moves blood around the body and moves air in and out of the body. Made up of blood vessels, the heart and blood and lungs and airways.
    1. Muscles, Bones and Joints allow us to move.
      1. Fitness - two types, physical fitness and skill related fitness.
        1. Aerobic Endurance - the ability of the cardiorespiratory system to work efficiently, supplying nutrients and oxygen to working muscles during sustained physical activity.
          1. Muscular Endurance - the ability of the muscular system to work efficiently. Where a muscle can continue contracting over a period of time against a light to moderate fixed resistance load.
            1. Muscular Strength- the maximum force that can be generated by a muscle or muscle group.
              1. Flexibility - having an adequate range of movement in all joints of the body.
                1. Body Composition - the relative ratio of fat mass to fat free mass in the body.
                  1. Speed - speed (m/s) = distance/time
                    1. accelerative speed - sprints up to 30m
                      1. pure speed - sprints up to 60m
                        1. speed endurance - sprints with a short recovery period inbetween
