  1. Spiritual
    1. Inner peace that your beliefs bring you
      1. Feels safe! No one will make fun of you because of your race, background, culture and beliefs.
        1. Spiritual and Emotional connect to each other because when you cope and adjust to new things, you feel inner peace. Your beliefs and religion may affect your emotional health too.
        2. We can develop a good spiritual health by accepting ups and downs remembering that Allah is always there for you!
          1. Poor spiritual health looks like not doing things for yourself, rather others. Doing things that make you two-faced.
          2. Physical
            1. How well your body functions and works.
              1. Feels fun, because you can play many different types of games e.g basketball, soccer, netball etc.
                1. We can develop a good physical health by doing exercise, eating healthy things, and taking care of our body.
                  1. Poor physical health looks like being sick, overweight/obese
                    1. Your Physical health affects your Emotional health because when your sick, obese or hurt, you may feel sad when you see others that are healthier that you. You then won't be able to cope with changes and will feel like a disgrace.
                2. Your beliefs may affect your physical health. So you don't consume any alcohol, drugs etc. to improve your physical health.
                3. Cognitive
                  1. Ability to process new things + information
                    1. Cognitive influences your Cognitive health because if you don't get enough sleep, you won't be able to process information and concentrate due to lack of rest.
                    2. Feels hands-on! You can express ideas and use different strategies to process knowledge.
                      1. Cognitive influences Social because when your character is attractive,
                        1. We can develop a good cognitive health by paying attention, listening and knowing how to adjust to new surroundings.
                          1. Poor cognitive health is being inattentive and having lack of concentration.
                            1. Social affects your cognitive health because if your relationship with someone isn't going well, you won't concentrate during your lessons. You'll feel disconnected.
                          2. Emotional
                            1. How well you cope, adjust and adapt to new things
                              1. Feels comfortable because you know that there'll always be someone to listen and help you.
                                1. We can develop a good emotional health by understanding that Life has a lot planned out for you and that there can be ups and downs.
                                  1. Poor emotional health looks like not accepting changes, not understanding new things and using strategies.
                                2. Social
                                  1. Your relationships + maintenance
                                    1. Feels friendly! Being friendly attracts more people to you. If you're grumpy, you'll be looked at weirdly and people will be probably afraid to come near you.
                                      1. Spiritual connects to Social because when you're most of the time happy, you have some kind of inner peace that works within you. When you're most of the time angry, you won't find any inner peace.
                                      2. We can develop good social health by having a good and bubbly personality!
                                        1. Poor social health looks like bring disconnected and unsocial.
