what are Fungi?
1. Fungi are formed by eukaryotic unicellular and multicellular cells whose do not have chloroplast and have cell wall. The body of the multicellular fungi is called the mycelium and is formed by series of strands called hyphae.
2. They are composed by: mycelium,stalk,caps and the gills
  1. The stalk (or stem) and the cap is where we can find the gills
  2. The mycelium is the body of the unicelular fungi
Where do they live?
1. They live in damp places where temperature is mild and where they are protected from the light
what are they vital functions?
1. reproduction
  1. They reproduce by spores
2. interaction
  1. Fungi are attached to the ground but they can live on plants and fruits
3. nutrition
  1. Fungi have heterotropic nutrition. Depending on how they get the nutrients, fungi can be:saprophytic,symbiotic or parasitic
    1. Parasites live off other organisms causing the organisms illnesess and diaseas
    2. Symbiotic fungi form association with other living things without being harmful
    3. Saprophytic fungi or descomposer,get nutrients by descomposing remains of living things
