    1. Amended by S.111 Protection of Freedoms Act 2012
      1. S1(1)
        1. A person must not pursue a course of conduct which amounts to harassment of another, and which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of another
          1. Must involve conduct of at least 2 occasions

              1. A person who pursues a course of conduct in breach of Sec 1(1) is guilty of an offence and amounts to stalking
