              1. MEIN KAMPF (My struggle) - Between the years of 1923-24, Adolf Hitler led a revolt called the Beer Hall Putsch. However, his attempt was worth nothing and he was sent to Landsberg Prison, where he wrote the book, 'Mein Kampf'. After he was arrested, Hitler became a national figure. His trial for the act of treason lasted five weeks, but it was good for Hitler as he could get his views across to the public and got the short sentence of five years. Hitler had a furnished cell with his own servant. He was even allowed to visit Landsberg during the day and return at night. In prison, Hitler became depressed. He decided to dictate a book to a typist describing his views on the Jews or any other cultures/religions he had a passionate hate for. Mein Kampf also expressed his plans for Germanys future and why ''The Jews were responsible for bringing negroes into the Rhineland with the ultimate idea of bastardising the white race which they hate''.
