2.2 Creates a description of the product or service requested to the
supplier: Procurement SOW containing: required product scope, required
scope of the project, identified risks, time required.
2.3 Participates in the negotiations; Protects the integrity of the project;
Works during the life cycle of the procurement
2.4 Has the authority to change the contract. Creates, monitors and
updates the Procurement Management Plan. Analyzes the changes, their
impacts on the constrains and who have to authorize such changes.
2.5 Audits the requirements and does the updates in lessons learned.
