  1. multi platform - windows and mac
  2. Easy to use
  3. High compression = small file size
  4. Internet friendly
2. Bad
  1. low/ slow frame rate which effect the quality of image
  2. owned by Microsoft - dominates windows software
MP4
1. Good
  1. cross platform
  2. High Level of compression
  3. intenet friendly
  4. Good quality even with high compresson
  5. easy to move few compatibility issues

  1. Hard to edit when finished
  2. Lag when loading
AVI.
1. Good
  1. easy use - older formats
  2. Very good quality
  3. works on almost all video software - playing and editing
2. Bad
  1. Slow - big file size
  2. Limited resolution when compressed
  3. Does not compress well
  4. Casn struggle with modern screen resolutions
