      1. - pain - change in bowel habits or consistency or smell- increased frequency - blood (note the colour and amount) - tired/weight loss/change in appetite

Hepatitis - pain - jaundice - itch - weight loss - alcohol intake - foreign travel - tattoos needle sharing - ivdu - drug induced hepatitis (iatrogenic) - diet/weight - haemachromatosis (iron storage - pancreas and lungs too) - Wilsons disease (keyser fleisher rings, tremor, depression, muscle weakness) -
      2. PCKD
        1. Loin pain - large abdo mass - kidney failure - weight loss - itch - diagnose with ultrasound - biopsy if need to
        2. Bladder - chronic retention
          1. urinary symptoms - pain - frequency - hesitancy - leaking - nocturia - prostate problems - weight loss - tired - change in appetite
          2. Obesity
            1. Tiredness - SOB - snoring or poor sleep - headache in am - ask them what they think of their lifestyle and weight/fitness - are they able to manage what they want to do - take hight and weight measurements and plot of chart - this is a chart of many people who have had their height and weight measured to give a population average, it is not 100% accurate but someone who measures at your weight and height would be in the "obese/overweight category" - do you think any of your symptoms may be related to being overweight - others who have committed to loosing weight have seen huge benefits in relation to their health, and well being - not everyone finds it easy to loose weight but there are ways in which we can help you if you are interested in going down this route?
            2. Hypothyroidsim
              1. Thyroid status check - Dough skin - cold clammy hands - lots of clothes - tired - coarse spare hair - small appetite with weight gain - TSH T3/T4.
              2. Cushings
                1. Central obesity - hypertension - striae - moon face - buffalo hump - skin thinning - easy bruising - proximal myopathy - osteoporosis - insulin resistance - overnight dexamethasone suppression test - 24hr urine collection - diurnal cortisone - metyrapone/surgery
