List of Characters: Miranda Prospero Antonio Gonzalo Alonso

Part 1:Miranda feels slightly depressed after witnessing the tempest's horror on the people from Act I.  As Prospero (her father) is comforting her, he begins to tell the story of their past.  Within his monologues, he reveals that Antonio has had him banished from Milan with the help of Alonso, and expresses deep resentment for it.  As his story comes to an end, he enchants Miranda to sleep while he searches for Ariel...

Part 2:We are introduced to Ariel and are told that she is the reason for The Tempest (i.e. following Prospero's order).  After a small comment made by Ariel, Prospero blackmails Ariel by revealing her past (in relation to Syrox - a witch.)  Shortly after begging for forgiveness, Prospero asks Ariel to turn invisible before waking Miranda.

Part 3: Introduced to Caliban Reveal bad relationship (because he attempted to rape Miranda) Ordered to "fetch them fuel"

Part 4: Introduce Ferdinand Fell in love with Miranda Prospero attempt to meddle with their relationship to test their relationship and make them treasure each other as lovers
