Type the letter using a word processor. Formal letters should be written by hand.
In a bussines letter avoid informal language but do not use old-fashioned or over-formal language.

In the letter head, you shuold include:
CompanyName and Address.
The Inside Address must contain the recipient’s information, such as: Name, title, full address, company, and position
The salutation goes two or three lines before the inside address
The message or body is the last part of the letter
