        Shows ability of ACM, if disturbed, to release fibres into air.
      2. Area must be vacated during survey
    2. Refurbishment / demolition survey
      1. All ACMs identified before structural work beings
      2. Involves destructive inspection and asbestos disturbance
      3. Area must be vacated and certified "fit for reoccupation" after survey is completed
