60m cliff by 70m.

- 140mm of rainfall in previous two
months.
- Issue with drainage of slope.
- Pore water pressure built up in slope.
- Geology- boulder clay and glacial
till (very weak rock).
- Buildings, due to their foundations increased the shear pressure.
- Footpaths along the cliff.

as damaged beyond state of repair.
