    1. m = mass of solution
      1. c = specific heat capacity (4.18)
        1. delta T = temperature change
        2. To work out 'q' you literally multiply the other factors (m, c, and delta T) together
          1. A question you may get asked: "What's the main problem with solutions?"
            1. the answer: mass loss
              1. the solution to mass loss? Insulation.
              2. Delta T will be represented as a triangle next to a capital T, like this: ΔT
                1. The formula looks like this: q=mc∆T
