Early identification and Fire command structure to a concealed space fire can save the structure quickly
Attacking a fire from the exterior before entering a structure is not desirable tactic and should never be used
When ventilation is being performed on a fire it should have limited exhaust points
The primary search should not begin until after the attack line is in place with water on the fire and ventilation has begun
All Clear is called by
As soon as anyone including neighbors and third party advises everyone is out.

Secondary search is a systematic search for savable victims.
Defensive operations where no continuous water supply is immediately available the first line will be directed towards knocking the fire down, with secondary lines taking care of the exposures
Aggressive interior attack operations directed toward knocking down the fire, coupled with coordinated ventilation will always eliminate serious safety concerns.

The first 3-4 engines report to scene all others stage short of scene
