If you are rounding to 1 decimal place, and the 2nd one is a 4, what do you do to the 1st one?
If you do nothing this means that there is still a second decimal place, no rounding has happened. e.g. 2.34 ~do nothing then ~2.34
You must round down, the number 2.34 becomes smaller 2.30 ~ 2.3
