Present Perfect and Past Simple ( I have done and I did ) The Present Perfect is a present tense. It always tell us something about now. The Past Simple tell us only about the past. Tom has lost his key Tom lost his key

Past Continuos ( I was doing ) The Past Continuos is used to say that somebody was in the middle of doing something at a certain time. This time last year I was living in Brazil
