Self-Concept = Is the beleifs someone has about themselves.

It includes body image, which is a persons belief about the size, shape and appearance of their body.

Self-Concept, is also affected by what a person thinks about them.

Self-Esteem = Is a persons beleifs about their own value. Sometimes called self-worth.

positive family enviroments will enable children to overcome difficulties with fears and anxieties, where as if in an opposites
