CUCME - CUBE

Seite 1

We also have available Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE). This feature basically configures your router to be a border between you and the rest of the world. Basically your telephony server farm will connect to an Internet Telephony Service Provider to enable your clients to call local short numbers like 911. This is where this Cube comes in. The ITSP does not want a full SIP trunk connection with all of your servers, your cube will be between the two.
