what events (experiences or ceremonies) make a person an adult? give specific reasons and details to support your answers

Although some people agree with the fact the age makes adult or not, I strongly disagrees with this point of view. I believe that there are several others events that make someone mature. Acquire responsibilities and make our own decisions are also facts that make us adults.

First, start working or getting a new family are stages that usually people do and which make them more responsible. For instance, when I was around 18 years old I remember that I begun working in a big company where I had to wake up early than I used to do or worse than that I had to finish my goals on time and as a result it change my attitudes not only in my job but all in my life. Be responsible means be responsible to our own actions which make us adult.

Second, taking your own decisions without depending other people such as parents make us adults. One example that make me feel this way is that when my best friend leaving her parents house she had to made her own decisions like what to do with her money or how to manager her time. She used to live with her parents all life and when this event happened she had some problems however, she learned how to solve all of her difficulties and it make her more mature.

Finally, In my point of view some events happen in our lives that make us adult like be responsible and take our own decisions due to the fact that it is skills that children usually do not need to be and those qualities we only get with time.
