Goldie Kahn, who worked with I J Singer in New York, gives a personal and insightful presentation on the brilliant writer whose untimely death at age 51 cut short a literary career overshadowed by the popularity of his younger brother Bashevis. This tape recorded at a meeting of the Los Angeles Yiddish Culture Club on May 9, 1998 is a precious document of Goldie's presentation to the club.
