* UAPA - 1967 = new amended bill proposes NIA to take charge of the matter under UAPA and can siege. Another imp propsed change is now it can ban single person.

Pros - NIA do not have to take permission of all DIG if case involves multiple states, by banning single person it can bring down terrorism n nuxulism
