PACKAGING

The car is made by sculptors carved in third dimension and handmade clay will be sculpted. From the prototype of clay, a resin prototype is produced.

Once the resin prototype is approved, it is sent back to the factory where steel blocks will be melted to create the mold.

Before the production of all the replicas, the factory will produce 2 die-cast replicas of the mold called 'first shot'

.After the approval of these samples, the production of the replicas begins. Each mold must be opened by hand to remove the excess of large pieces of raw material

Each car is painted by hand or with a machine with a white or gray base layer, which serves as a base on Die cast metal.

Each Die Cast replica is packaged with PVC plastic materials and ready to be shipped.
